Customer service is really bad
Customer service is really bad. Easy to get to a person but they're just about as good as a bot. I wish it was easier to know what's taking up so much data. I am pretty predictable, I do the same thing every month. 15G is usually enough but there's been a few months where I flew through data so quickly without explanation. When I have had to buy extra data, it is hard to tell when that data is reflected in my balance. There's inconsistent information on when my data renews, different sources telling me different things. I still don't know exactly when.
