Pity there isn't a zero or even minus rating that you can give. Ordered artificial flowers on 14 April. Lots of updated emails regarding their journey. Apparently they were in the UK by the end of April but nothing received. I have contacted Mini Stores who said they couldn't offer a refund as the goods had been despatched but would chase the company. So that's the last I'm going to see of my £19.99, I reckon. They shouldn't be allowed to trade.

Awful company. I ordered 3 bras, which were dreadful. They were thin and flimsy offering no support at all and creating a mono-boob. I contacted them for a refund and they offered £2. I paid £29.47. Many emails later, with offers of £4 £6 £8 then finally £10, I contacted Paypal. They referred me to Zero-Miracle, the company who took my payment (ironic name...). ZERO-Miracle eventually offered a full refund but said i had to return the items to China. I was not prepared to do this as the mailing address in the packaging was in Iver, Buckinghamshire UK. I struggled to progress this with Paypal online, so I phoned them. After explaining the problem, the very helpful lady came back to me to say that i needn't return the items and that she would arrange a full refund. I would recommend phoning Paypal rather than battling cases online, it is far easier. Do NOT order from this company.

This is clearly a scam unfortunately I didn't check Trust Pilot first to realise this. I ordered the bras, checked the sizing and returns policy, before hand. The invoice and amount they took from my credit card did not match. I was over charged £8. Had to query it and raise it with Credit card company. They sorted that out. Then when the bra's arrived, the sizing is completely out. No way they would fit anyone. When I asked to return them, I was told the expense for returning would be so much they would just refund me £2. I refused so they upped to £4, then £6 then a final offer of £10. I've pointed out that they are misadvertising and as such I would like a full refund and nothing less. I've also sent them a copy of their advertisement saying refunds guaranteed. Also now notice that the leave a review button on their site is not a link - just fake reviews. Don't buy from this company!!!

This company do NOT honour their refund guarantee. Ordered 3 bras for £19.99 which do not fit. On top of that, they overcharged me. I opened a query with PayPal & had to liaise with an entirely different company, who did refund the difference in cost. However, Mini-Stores claim to be a UK company but to return the goods would cost £19.38 because they go to China, but I only paid £2.99 for delivery? I have sent numerous emails and after offering me £9 compensation, they are now ignoring my request to issue the £9. I would not recommend ordering from them.

Customer services extremely poor. Sizing is all wrong. On contacting them the response was “ we can assure you that our products are absolutely up to standard. Sorry for what happened. We really tried our best to solve this for you.” This is definitely not the case, they have not addressed the issue at all and I have had to go through PayPal for a refund as they have not provided any way of refunding the item despite it being being offered as an option pre-sale.

If I could give a MINUS score I would. Terrible company. I ordered bras size 36H, what arrived were size 5XL, not cup size specific. The cups on the ones sent are at best a C cup and the band is enormous. They took £27.48 instead of the £21.98 they invoiced me. I have asked them to refund and been told I got what I ordered and should pass them to someone else who they will fit!!!! Three of my friends and family have tried them and all say the same, they are awful, with big "Dog ears" sticking out at the sides. I am now hoping Paypal will help me get my money back.

Well apparently my parcel was delivered to my address, but it wasn’t it was left in a bin store that wasn’t mine. After numerous emails of excuses I have now been told it’s my problem and I have to take it up with the courier. Pretty sure that’s not how it works. Don’t bother ordering.

I ordered a pack of 3 bras, on offer at £23, which did not fit at all. I had checked the returns policy before ordering and also on the actual page for the bras there was a large panel saying risk free purchase/ return for a full refund if not satisfied. I followed the instructions and emailed regarding how to return.i was asked to provide several photos of labels, package and proof of order. The response was it would be very expensive to return and offering me a £2 refund! I sent screen shots of their online guarantee and was then offered £6. I checked my transaction on my bank account and had been charged £6 more than the price on my order! I phoned my bank and told them the whole story. They agreed to pass it to the fraud department and gave me a temporary refund. Two weeks later the fraud department wrote to me confirming they had completed their investigation and the refund would stand.

I did write a review about this shop, and I finally received my order yesterday on 27th May 2025.I ordered 3 bra's that were supposed to fit like a glove I ordered my size omg,they were awful the quality was awful, the size was was wrong. This shop on Facebook should be banned total ripoff.

Do not purchase from this company- Would have given no star rating if possible. Appalling customer service- when I wanted to return purchase as didn’t fit was offered £2 compensation for £20 purchase and told return costs would be too expensive for me.

Avoid at all costs! The product is horrible, cheap plastic and not as advertised. It was shipped via USA, arrived in UK, got a Royal Mail label attached. When asking for a refund, they first offered me £2, then £3, warning me that I would have to pay excessive postage for the return as I would have to send it back to China! How can this be legal?

Can't give lower than a one for this load of rubbish - badly made bras. Ordered correct size but fall out of cups and too much material on the sides. Have tried all sorts to make them fit but to no avail - beware. I shall not order anthing from this store again!

I purchased bras from this website for £28. I followed their size guide to make sure i ordered correctly, when I received them i tried them on and they were too big. I contacted them and asked for a refund/return. They asked me to send pictures of the package label and product label, which I did and they will get back to me. I received a very short response advising that they will not refund me because they have sent out what I ordered. They did say they would compensate me £2 and I can pass on the bras. I paid £28! It’s not good enough. I bought these in good faith in hope they are suitable for my needs, they are not fit for purpose and now I need to find something else (gosh I hate my boobs! Finding the right bra is stressful) that maybe fits right. … In short I suggest not to buy from this site or to buy with caution at least. You will not get your money back

Wish I'd actually read reviews before buying, not only are the bras really awful material with wonky sizing, they were also faulty. The customer service refuse to give me a return address or refund, just keep telling me it's the correct goods, and offering me a very small compensation amount, All I want is a refund for faulty goods. Do not purchase anything from them it's a loss of your money.

Shocking bras awful material, offered a£2 refund and told me to give them away. I paid £34 don’t buy from them .took over a month to arrive .

Awful product. Took about a month to arrive. Bras ride up, no support. Tried to get a refund and they refused, said to keep the product and they would credit me £2. They said I could send it back to China but would cost more than the product itself. Their attitude was disgusting. Avoid at all costs

I suspect this is complete scam site. Product never arrived. They say the item was refused at customs which is completely contradictory to their tracking information.

Shocking, order came completely wrong, customer service is not helpful and English language not clear. The product itself isn’t bad hence asked for an exchange but seems they are not interested. Best to avoid if you don’t want to be disappointed ☹️

It took 3 weeks for goods to materialise - despatched through the US to the UK. Help desk very responsive and reassuring this wasn’t a scam. Goods arrived but UK sizing translated into garment size way too big. I tried to return and request new size as item seemed ok. Ultimately offered £4 refund against £30 spent and keep the goods - which is of no use to me. I would not recommend this supplier.

Unlike most of these posts , i have had many replies from Mini Stores. All of them ridiculous, from blaming the American customs, to Donald Trump. I wasn’t complaining about the delivery time, but getting frequent ridiculous emails telling me about the journey through America, while it’s obvious they came from China was amusing. They even had Made in China stamped on them. My complaint is not getting a refund for the bras, when it is promised in their advert. I have been offered £2, £4, and finally £6 in compensation, but I just want my money back. I asked for a return address, and was given one in China, obviously costing a lot more to return than they are worth. They are obviously just laughing at us and playing with us. Anyone have any suggestions about how we can make them take notice of our complaints? I’ve been giving them negative reviews on their various sites and intend to carry on until they take my complaint seriously, but it doesn’t seem to have the desired effect.
