Excellent and friendly service
After my initial request for help Alma arrived 8.30 am next day. He very efficiently sorted out serious aerial/splitter problems for my bedroom tv. He gave me back my bedroom tv/pvr. An excellent and very quick and efficient service.
Service was speedy and effortless
Service was speedy and effortless. Called to make an enquiry about a TV Aerial removal at 9 in the morning, received a call around 10:30 from Alma (the engineer) to confirm time they will be at my property, and by 12 noon, work was complete. Neatly done, items taken away for disposal, and more importantly Alma was very professional and very accommodating as I was in a work meeting when he arrived. I highly recommend

well-sorted lee was most helpful came down looked at the job gave me the quote then asked if I had a sat box. you can have a dish rather than ariel give you more channels say's he, me thinking here we go more money outcome being the ariel I needed was the same price as a new dish so I am well pleased plus lots of channels better of, even came in and helped me set it up so no complaints no scam just whats best for you well recommended nice job ...thanks

3 aerial sockets connected
Just had 3 aerial sockets connected up to my existing aerial. Engineer James Delaney and Deborah in the call centre were great to deal with I am very satisfied with the work done

Vinnie was excellent!
Vinnie was excellent! He phoned when he was on his way, gave a rough estimate over the phone, and a full estimate when he saw what needed doing. He fixed everything quickly and efficiently and explained what the problems were very clearly. He also removed all the useless cables and filled a hole they had left in the outside wall. He tested everything, tuned a TV for us and made us an aerial extension lead so we could put the TV exactly where we wanted it. He's a very nice guy and was very diligent about wearing a mask indoors.
