Excellent and friendly service
After my initial request for help Alma arrived 8.30 am next day. He very efficiently sorted out serious aerial/splitter problems for my bedroom tv. He gave me back my bedroom tv/pvr. An excellent and very quick and efficient service.
Service was speedy and effortless
Service was speedy and effortless. Called to make an enquiry about a TV Aerial removal at 9 in the morning, received a call around 10:30 from Alma (the engineer) to confirm time they will be at my property, and by 12 noon, work was complete. Neatly done, items taken away for disposal, and more importantly Alma was very professional and very accommodating as I was in a work meeting when he arrived. I highly recommend

Had Ricky come out to install a new…
Had Ricky come out to install a new aerial today and can say he was very professional! When he first turned up I thought how is this young man going to know what he is on about, to which I shouldn’t judge a book by its cover! He knew exactly what he was talking about and was very professional about it. The price was just what I was expecting, and the level of work was outstanding! He explained everything he was going to be doing. And done exactly that. I would recommend this company to my friend family and neighbours.

Upon moving house - we required a new aerial to receive signal at our new house. They offered me a great quick aerial installation. The service given was professional and performed at a high standard.

Perfect service from the word go.
Rang on the Bank Holiday Monday about 10:00 and made an appointment. Then I received a phone call off the engineer within 10 minutes of me ringing them. A very smart clean engineer turned up at 13:00, showed me his I.D and we discussed the problem I had. Within minutes the engineer explained the problem I had with my aerial and give me a 2 free quotations. One was to repair the existing aerial (which has been done a few time previously) and one was to replace the aerial. I chose the new aerial option, he done the job there and then. When he was finished he walked me around his work and showed me everything he had done (he seemed very proud of his work). After asking me if I was satisfied (which I was) he demonstrated the remote as there had been new channels added, he took payment, I received my receipt via email which I thought was very clever and away he went. I would highly highly recommend.

Called this company yesterday morning…
Called this company yesterday morning through a recommendation and got an afternoon appointment, pleasant engineer called with a time of arrival and fitted us a new aerial, while here he also give us a free sat system, so we no longer pay monthly subscription.

Good throughout whole process
Good communication prior to apt. My aerial man actually came out a day early as had a cancellation. Also had call at end of week to ensure i was happy with everything. Work was done quickly and explained. A little bit of mess left outside of house that i will have to patch up but guess should have expected that.
