Perfect service from the word go.
Rang on the Bank Holiday Monday about 10:00 and made an appointment. Then I received a phone call off the engineer within 10 minutes of me ringing them. A very smart clean engineer turned up at 13:00, showed me his I.D and we discussed the problem I had. Within minutes the engineer explained the problem I had with my aerial and give me a 2 free quotations. One was to repair the existing aerial (which has been done a few time previously) and one was to replace the aerial. I chose the new aerial option, he done the job there and then. When he was finished he walked me around his work and showed me everything he had done (he seemed very proud of his work). After asking me if I was satisfied (which I was) he demonstrated the remote as there had been new channels added, he took payment, I received my receipt via email which I thought was very clever and away he went. I would highly highly recommend.
