After my initial request for help Alma arrived 8.30 am next day. He very efficiently sorted out serious aerial/splitter problems for my bedroom tv. He gave me back my bedroom tv/pvr. An excellent and very quick and efficient service.
Service was speedy and effortless. Called to make an enquiry about a TV Aerial removal at 9 in the morning, received a call around 10:30 from Alma (the engineer) to confirm time they will be at my property, and by 12 noon, work was complete. Neatly done, items taken away for disposal, and more importantly Alma was very professional and very accommodating as I was in a work meeting when he arrived. I highly recommend

Booked them to sort my mother's very poor tv signal which had started Christmas time, affecting both freeview tv and radio. Originally earliest time was just after the weekend, but they phoned later in day to say had cancellation. Engineer called and was excellent. Took in to account my mother was not well, made clear how much initial diagnostics would be and if additional charges. Changed signal booster and tv / radio been great since. Would highly recommend. Engineer turned up

I 'phoned, on the Wednesday 29th Jan., for a request for an engineer to fix my TV aerial which blown down in the gale. An appointment was made for the following day. When no-one turned up I telephoned to ask why. I was told an engineer was not because of transport problems. It was then rearranged for the Friday. Again no-one turned up I telephoned again to ask why. Again it was a transport problem and then rearranged for the Saturday. Engineer arrived on Saturday. He was very polite and efficient. He installed a new aerial without any fuss.

Received a visit after a severe storm, attended within 2 days, repair and recommendations, fully explained. Follow up call to confirm all was ok received the following week!

Our TV satellite dish had been damaged, rendering the signal pretty much defunct. Googled someone to repair this and Mike Harris' name came up. Absolutely delighted; the engineer (Lynden B.) booked promptly, arrived as scheduled and replaced the dish etc. Happy with the price charged but even more so with the workmanship . . . thank you!
