After my initial request for help Alma arrived 8.30 am next day. He very efficiently sorted out serious aerial/splitter problems for my bedroom tv. He gave me back my bedroom tv/pvr. An excellent and very quick and efficient service.
Service was speedy and effortless. Called to make an enquiry about a TV Aerial removal at 9 in the morning, received a call around 10:30 from Alma (the engineer) to confirm time they will be at my property, and by 12 noon, work was complete. Neatly done, items taken away for disposal, and more importantly Alma was very professional and very accommodating as I was in a work meeting when he arrived. I highly recommend

The engineer was quick & efficient. He clearly explained my options, with cost.
Engineer showed up promptly, checked aerial by climbing onto roof and looking at inside wiring and tv screen. Quote was a bit higher than expected but he set to work immediately: cut aerial mast, ran new cable, checked & renewed booster in loft, supplied insulated cable to tv, set up our new tv, AND explained every step he took! I 100% recommend him.
Speedy, efficient, polite, friendly service. I needed a TV aerial to receive live TV channels on two TVs. I picked them from a Google search and called immediately. They came, sized up, costed and completed the job efficiently the next day. Excellent all-round service. I can recommend them.
Contacted Mike Harris aerial which I thought was local the guy never gave me a quote just fitted a splitter in the conservatory and a amplifier in lounge asked how much I owed £289 I was shocked he said they were £150 each but he’d knocked me something off I paid then received a message on my phone £346.80 had come out of my account after leaving a negative review I had a phone call from the company saying if i deleted review he would refund me £200 . This all happened approximately 3days from 10th June when fitter installed splitter and amplified After a number of calls emails and texts no refund Be aware I’m from Wigan this is not a local firm payment was made to Aerial Services Scotland Glasgow by the way the amplifier fitted was coming up @ £26 not £150
Engineer was booked to come out on Friday but didn't come and didn't call, arranged for the Engineer to come out on the Saturday but again failed to arrive or get in touch. Arranged for the Engineer to come on the Tuesday as the Monday was a Bank Holiday, again he failed to come or get in touch - apart from not getting my satellite dish replaced I basically lost 3 days of my life waiting for them to not arrive. I wouldn't use this company as customer service isn't something that they give a damn about

Would not recommend Just moved in, discovered no aerial Went on recommendations and gave them a call. Told someone would be out by end of the day. Really impressed. Text later. Someone arriving between 4/5. Then after 4 person delayed, could rearrange for tomorrow between 8/12. No problem these things happen. But leave for work at 1 At 10.30 today, told no-one would be out as over stretched. Could fit me in next week as have problems covering my area. No apology didn't seem to care. With that I said I would leave it then, Phone went dead, After writing this bad review I was called and offered a £50 cheque to take it down, please don't contact me again.
I have just cancelled my repair. Like many other reviews they promised to call out two days running only to cancel late in the day wasting my time waiting in. If you cannot deliver same day surely it's better not to advertise it.
Spoke to a nice young man named Taylor from the office. He was very pleasant and keen to help me resolve my issue and sorted it in no time.
