After my initial request for help Alma arrived 8.30 am next day. He very efficiently sorted out serious aerial/splitter problems for my bedroom tv. He gave me back my bedroom tv/pvr. An excellent and very quick and efficient service.
Service was speedy and effortless. Called to make an enquiry about a TV Aerial removal at 9 in the morning, received a call around 10:30 from Alma (the engineer) to confirm time they will be at my property, and by 12 noon, work was complete. Neatly done, items taken away for disposal, and more importantly Alma was very professional and very accommodating as I was in a work meeting when he arrived. I highly recommend

The engineer was superb not only did he do a good job but he was very friendly and a pleasure to meet. The job was done the same day as I phoned them so all in all couldn't have done better. I would recommend them to you.
No probleems organising time etc. Almost immediate solution offered and work carried out there and then. I could not have done this myself! Cost included things like HD etc and made my old tv like new.
Just OK , didnt solve the issue in the end but tried hard. What I didnt like was the harrassment afterwards to change the review ..... there would be no adverse review if the job had been completed...
Phoned 9.15am. Engineer Bret arrived as promised at 4pm. My 90+ years old in-laws aerial needed fixing - it was done quickly and without fuss. Very neat and tidy.

Arrived as promised on the same day that I rang them. Quickly diagnosed the problem and fitted new equipment. Re-tuned all six TV’s. Engineer was very helpful and professional and also friendly and polite. Would definitely recommend.
A very friendly and efficient installation of the TV cable and aerial. Everything works perfectly. No quibbles with the cost but it would have been better to confirm that the quote included VAT from the outset. Overall, a very good service.
Had old satellite dish and aerial took down. New ones supplied and fitted 3bedrooms and Livingroom. David was very professional and friendly he worked hard to get job done. All cables were ran neat and tidy from loft no mess. even had a choice of cable colour (black or white). Picture and signal in all rooms fantastic. Would definitely use again and recommend to family and friends.
