Excellent and friendly service
After my initial request for help Alma arrived 8.30 am next day. He very efficiently sorted out serious aerial/splitter problems for my bedroom tv. He gave me back my bedroom tv/pvr. An excellent and very quick and efficient service.
Service was speedy and effortless
Service was speedy and effortless. Called to make an enquiry about a TV Aerial removal at 9 in the morning, received a call around 10:30 from Alma (the engineer) to confirm time they will be at my property, and by 12 noon, work was complete. Neatly done, items taken away for disposal, and more importantly Alma was very professional and very accommodating as I was in a work meeting when he arrived. I highly recommend

New aerial installed. Very happy.
We had a new aerial installed and the old one removed after the high winds last year. It was all done in less than an hour! Great guys. Very impressed with the level of service. I highly recommend them, and we'll definitely use them again if the need arises in the future.

Very expensive!
I was in a bind losing my satellite signal so needed my dish and cabling checked. 'Mr fixit' came fairly quickly and ran a check on the cables and signal. Turns out the signal was okay but the boxes needed a retune, problem solved, all done. However, the cost was quite painful. I won't say what it cost but I would ask what the call out charge is before booking a visit in future!
