Excellent and friendly service

After my initial request for help Alma arrived 8.30 am next day. He very efficiently sorted out serious aerial/splitter problems for my bedroom tv. He gave me back my bedroom tv/pvr. An excellent and very quick and efficient service.

Service was speedy and effortless

Service was speedy and effortless. Called to make an enquiry about a TV Aerial removal at 9 in the morning, received a call around 10:30 from Alma (the engineer) to confirm time they will be at my property, and by 12 noon, work was complete. Neatly done, items taken away for disposal, and more importantly Alma was very professional and very accommodating as I was in a work meeting when he arrived. I highly recommend

Mike Harris is a brilliant company to use

Phoned Mike Harris to get a quote for fitting my digital aerial. Very happy with quote which was cheap. James came out next morning, he was friendly and talkative. He respected my property. Never left any mess. Soon as he arrived he started right away. And finished quick. πŸ‘s up to James for doing a brilliant job and to Mike Harris aerials for an excellent service. I will use this company again infuture as I've had a brilliant experience with them. We'll done and thank you for fitting my aerial.

Mike Harris TV Aerial - Disgusting

Mike Harris TV Aerial Terrible! I wanted an aerial and TV mounted on the wall as advertised on the website, it was not the same day as said on the website. He didn't want to put TV on the wall, and he spotted an old dish outside with cable still over the roof and ready to plug in so he said this is the easiest way and it would cost Β£85 plus vat, I thought that was a lot, I could have done that myself if I knew it would work, and my neighbour said he could have done that, but at the end of the so called job, he said 'No I said 285 +vat = Β£330! Plus he said you need a free view box costing Β£65! I was horrified but like an idiot I paid, I was very stressed and vulnerable at the time, I told him I would not have agreed to pay that, he was here no longer than 40 minutes, he spent 2 minutes playing with the dish then tuning my TV, I ended up with what you get from a cheap box, it was a scrambled mess and what he did was gone the next time I turned it on, I can watch nothing now! I am 65 just moved home and want my TV! Customer service had an attitude but gave me Β£165 back. My son and neighbours were angry so I emailed them and said you still have Β£165 of my money and I have nothing to show for it so please send someone to put an aerial in, they sent the same guy and he did nothing, he said there was a problem, probably my TV or internet, I have had checks and there is nothing wrong with either, it’s a rip off and I have nothing to show for my money. They are now ignoring me so legal route it will be! Posting this review got their attention! Now they decide to hound me to death with phone calls, they offered me all my money back on condition that I removed the review, I got the money back but why would I remove the review? It is the truth! So the calls kept coming, I blocked numbers but still they came, finally I got a call from so called management who said he wanted to make this right, he played a good game and said heads would roll lol. I told him I didn’t care as I have my money back and it is very sad that they only respond because of the review, he said he wasn’t worried about the review as it could be counteracted with good ones, he then offered me Β£100, a bunch of flowers and they would mount my TV on the wall free of charge, ha ha! I removed the review; I just wanted it to end. To my amusement, that very evening this very issue was on watchdog, I couldn’t believe it; apparently it is a thing to offer reviewers flowers and bribes to remove their negative review. Of course I did not get the money flowers or service so I replace the review!
