Hi - Just started using this product this morning and have to say they are awful. I washed them before using a gentle cycle and the amount of fluff that has come off them has been ridiculous. For the price I paid for I am completely shocked about the poor quality... They have not been washed so I doubt that I can return them but wanted to let you know how unhappy I am with the quality..
I am happy with all items I already bought from Master Massage Equipment. Last time was warming pad, seems to be very comfortable and nice, hopefully it lasts long time, however, you never know with electronic goods.

Unfortunately, my encounter with the product and the company's customer service has left me quite disappointed. Shortly after using the chair, I encountered a problem where the bolt on one of the wheels broke and became lodged in the frame. Concerned about this issue, I reached out to Master (company name) in hopes of utilizing the warranty. To my surprise, their response was disheartening. They claimed that they had never encountered this particular issue before and attempted to redirect the conversation away from a potential warranty coverage. I believe it is essential to consider that even if this issue is rare, it does not negate the possibility of it occurring again. Given the initial product description and the information provided on their website, I was under the impression that the frame of the chair would be covered by warranty. However, my hopes were dashed when they declined to honor the warranty, citing the availability of only new products in Canada. This raises significant concerns for me. Despite having their headquarters in the US and an expanding business presence in Canada, they do not possess a service team or even parts for warranty support in Canada. It is perplexing to think that a company could sell products without providing adequate warranty coverage. It is evident that their claims about warranty support do not align with reality. To address this situation, I have taken the matter up with Amazon, who is currently investigating the matter with the manufacturer. Furthermore, I have also engaged with Consumer Affairs Canada to ensure that my consumer rights are upheld in this situation. In conclusion, I am disappointed by the false warranty claims and the lack of proper customer support from Master. My hope is that my experience serves as a cautionary tale for other consumers and encourages companies to stand by their warranty promises and provide satisfactory customer service.

I ordered a new massage table but decided that I needed a bigger size. The response from the company was quick, professional and very helpful. Pick up was organised and I was given advice on a replacement which arrived promptly and I am delighted with it.
I'm delighted with the massage table I ordered and the delivery day was earlier than I expected. The only slight issue was the communication on the day. I left an event early to be home in time for the one hour delivery slot and together with my husband and sister waited for the delivery. When it didn't arrive, I had to hunt around for an update. I eventually found, a note saying the driver was running slightly late (a text or email update would have been handy with a new eta). After an hour of waiting I suggested the others go back without me. A few hours later still the package arrived. Better communication would have made a huge difference to me and (my family) that day. However, the table is perfect. Better than perfect. I would definetly recommend them and buy from them again while keeping in mind the delivery slot is very approximate!
I ordered a standing desk for my new WFH office. The delivery was super quick however the desk top was damaged - seemed to have been handling by the delivery company as packaging was damaged and looked to have had something heavy onto it which caused a large dent and crack. The customer service from Linny was amazing - I sent an e-mail with pictures after 5.30pm and the next day a replacement top was sent out and received the next working day after that - no quibbles at all. Desk is now all together and good quality - looking forward to using it

I had a heated massage table delivered but it was damaged. The next was faulty. I tried once more and that was faulty too. This time I requested a refund. The faulty massage table arrived back in your warehouse on Wednesday 8th March 2023 but no refund was made. I emailed today Monday 13th March and was informed the refund was just made. This is likely now to take a few days to show on my card and it would not have happened if I had not chased it up. The whole experience has been very disappointing.
