Disappointing Experience. I had a heated massage table delivered…
I had a heated massage table delivered but it was damaged. The next was faulty. I tried once more and that was faulty too. This time I requested a refund. The faulty massage table arrived back in your warehouse on Wednesday 8th March 2023 but no refund was made. I emailed today Monday 13th March and was informed the refund was just made. This is likely now to take a few days to show on my card and it would not have happened if I had not chased it up. The whole experience has been very disappointing.
