Amazing website, good games etc. However I cashed out my winnings on the 20th of this month (3 days ago) Got an email stating "might take up to 48 business hours to process". Still nothing?!

Avoid. Really wanted to like this site as the land based casinos are great. Signed up, played and noticed the welcome offer hadn’t been credited. This is automatic with all casinos I’ve played with. A day later I went on live chat, waited over 30 mins and spoke to an agent named Luca who quite frankly couldn’t have cared less. He told me as id withdrew I hadn’t met the requirements for the bonus and referred me to the T&Cs. I appreciate this may be an error on my part but unlike the reputable sites, these guys really are shocking, the lack of assistance and “couldn’t care less” attitude really lets the brand down. Not to mention “Luca” the chat agent closing the chat on me as I was typing. AVOID.

Say goodbye to any winnings. It appears I am not the only one. If you win and request a withdrawal, they will delay, delay, delay. They will ask for ID, photos of you, photos of you with your ID, then keep rejecting it. It's easier to open up a bank account! So far over a week has passed with emails, chats, multiple retakes of pictures and still no progress. This company is awful. You have been warned!

thought id try this website,why not.....they rejected all my doubles and trebles etc and would only accept singles..alarm bells straight away.only tried a cheeky tenner on a sunday afternoon racing, luckily only minor winings which i just literally threw away on outside bets so i wouldnt have to go through what i can imagine is a nightmare of a withdrawal process..dont bother.terrible terrible terrible site

Deposited over 1k over few months. Had a win not long ago 400 so i withdraw and they ask for documents. I uploaded them all, then they asked for a selfie so i sent it.a week Wednesday they said they have it all and are prosesing and upto 2 days ect... 10 days later still pending. Every time i go on chat they state they dont have a contact number and the revelnt team are on it.. then if you reply they log u out. Then say they dont save chats ect and only comunicate via email. If they cant withdraw because they dont belive its me i masewell contact my bank get the 1200 back cuz if they cant proove its me for.my winning supose u cant proove its me who depsotited?! Have alll managers names ect and repsoted to gambling commision with all screen shots of chats and deposits and withdrawls.

I am a gambler in a lot of casinos. I am a responsible gambler and I actually have fun playing little amounts like 10p or 20p. I have used maybe most of the gambling platforms that exist or I am aloud to play in the Uk, but I have to say that this is probably the worst website I have encountered. I have deposited 20 pounds with Apple Pay, it was accepted and then rejected. The money came out of my account but didn’t appeared on the platform. I tried again with direct bank link and they duplicated 20 pounds. That would be 60 missing from my account. I tried to use my card and the same happened. I was in shock when checked my account to realise the payments gone through but never appeared in the platform. It is a scam. I’m have tried to speak to them and all they say is that they’re trying to sort this. They asked me to be patient. I will now raise a dispute through my bank and then report this company for scamming people. Horrible experience
