"Tech Glitch" kicked me out when I hit BJ!
After a few deposits late at night, I hit a blackjack on a £60 box. The table glitched and kicked me out at exactly that time, and not only did it not pay me the £150 out, they took my £60! After raising a tech issue and effectively told to shut up and be patient while it was investigated, it took two weeks for a resolution. Meanwhile, while this was going on, they continuously spammed me offers and promotions. Their chat support are ruthless, rude, robotic and short. I am extremely baffled how this feral firm have a gambling licence.

Careful!!!
I thought that was a good company to play with, but big mistake to believe this. I had a problem playing In one of the roulette, I got the number and " a conex problem " send me back to the main menú when I opened the game again , the money from the bet been taken but the money for got the number didn't been paid in my account. that happened twice, I put on contact with the " help service " and still waiting for an answer, I called few.times and the same answer,,,,it's in investigation. I really can't belive or trust in this site again, and I really recommend don't use the site at all Clearly we play and we want to play in a safe site ,you know that the 99% of the times you can lose but that they take ur money for free ... is absolutely wrong !!!!.

Don’t you even think of going on to their site as it’s the worst casino site I have been on and I am memeber of many sites firstly they promote a 3in1 bonus which u will not get at all you will be told you are not eligible because the code was not entered and they don’t give this manually secondly withdrawing is matter of weeks if not months or afraid to say this but might even not get any withdrawal ! They very keen and fast on taking payments but when it comes to withdrawing it will be in the status of Pending for two days than Processing for two days than it will change to in process and than people it will go back to pending because of processor bridge have never heard this before . Whe. Metgaming.com offer 100% bonus on slots that you have to wager 50 times. But they cheat you different way. When you place £1 bet on slot 50p (which is 50% of the bet) will be deducted from your real balance but winning will added to bonus balance only. This is the only site I found that real money being used and winning goes to bonus which you need to wager 50×. Its a proper scam to me watch out guys. I can't believe this big casino chain scaming people like this.

joined as I have been a longstanding member of the empire casino for over 10 years. Note, it is run by a different company AG Communications? I received an email offering 1000 met points (worth £10 in the casino - enough to get 1 beer?) I clearly did not see where I had to enter the code as I did not receive. The T&Cs do not mention a code at all on the site. I asked chat and they said I was not eligible - I emailed the head office and they refused. I withdrew and accidentally left 75p in the account. be aware there is a £20 min withdrawal and a £1 fee for every single withdrawal. I asked chat as and they asked me to send a screenshot of the Terms and conditions to prove what I was saying. They clearly are not bothered about loyal customers when their 1st instinct is to say NO. I will keep playing with a more established brand thankyou. UPDATE after 2 days of emails I have been given the 1000 points "as a gesture of goodwill"
