Absolutely atrocious service. I placed an order for 3 items which was dispatched to Evri. Tracking showed no update for days & was stuck at processing at the national hub. My parcel was expected on Friday (14th of Feb) & it still hadn’t arrived. I messaged the live chat on the Monday (17th of Feb) to be told it would be looked into & I’d receive an update. I still hadn’t heard anything since that message so on Friday (21st of Feb) I had to chase them up for an update & they assumed it was lost in transit which was blatantly obvious it had been as at this point, it still wasn’t delivered after a week of still showing as being at the hub. The worst part is the girl on the live chat said because the amount was ‘costly’ which it wasn’t as it was only just over a £100 order, the refund has to be approved by the manager so the issue was sent to him. I still haven’t received a refund or heard anything back. I messaged back the day after chasing it up to be told the same & that I should hear something by Monday when the manager looks into it. (24th of Feb) Absolutely disgusting that I’m without items & have to wait until a refund is approved even though I do NOT have my items. I did ask for a replacement order to be sent out to then be told by the girl the items had all sold out which they actually haven’t because 2 of the 3 items are still to this day showing as in stock on the website. Ordered elsewhere & received my orders in a couple of days, stress free. I’d fully advise looking around first before purchasing from Menkind. Customer service or lack of I should say is an absolute joke. After chasing up my refund again (24th of Feb) I am now being told I won’t receive a refund for items I DID not receive until I sign a declaration which no online store has ever asked me to do before. Absolute disgrace of a company. Have had to contact Klarna to chase up a refund & have been advised by them not to sign anything & I will be contacting Trading Standards about withholding money for goods not received too.

Paid £6.99 for next day delivery on a Friday,no weekends,so assumed would receive on Monday,but instead it came Tuesday afternoon,no point In paying for next day delivery, unless u order on a Monday,before 5pm.may aswel done the free delivery.thank you for your quick response on this matter,and my refund.

Was bought a Draft wizard beer dispenser for Christmas, absolutely rubbish, pours out painfully slow, 2 minutes 45 seconds then stops and starts to just drip. Would not recommend
