I payed £5.99 for 1 to 2 days delivery which ment parcel would arrive for my sons birthday r day before. I received parcel on 3rd day. The day after his birthday. If it's not going to arrive on time you shouldn't be offering this service. I spent £5.99 for a service I didn't get
