The item I bought was in stock at a very good price, delivery charge was very reasonable. Delivery time was also very quick. I was kept informed and it was extremely well packed. Works a treat too. Would definitely recommend them to you.

Bubble lamp arrived faulty/broken. Although partner was able to take it to pieces and fix it the bubble lamp arrived broken. A piece of plastic connecting the base to the tube had snapped off causing the tube to rock, he had to totally rewire as all the wire had come loose and the motor wasn’t in the place which was supposed to to hold it, was just rattling around in the base. Took him a while but it’s now fixed and working but this shouldn’t have been the case. Will not be ordering again. I would have sent it back but was for daughter’s birthday and needed it.

Great service and great products

I bought a beard buddy online for my son's birthday but when he went to use it, one of the suction cups was faulty. I took it to our local shop in town and they were brilliant, they replaced it for me in 5 minutes, even though I had bought it around 3 weeks earlier

brought a microphone specifically the red5 nova microphone for 45 quid even though its cheaper online its £20 and then when i opened it i saw that there is no usb cable to connect to the pc so basically what i brought well as may be a decoration lol
