11.07.2025 tarihinde saat 16:35-17:15 arasında Medistanbul Sultangazi Hastanesi acil servisine başvurdum. Acil servis doktoru, muayenemi 1 dakikadan kısa sürede tamamlayıp hemen serum verilmesi gerektiğini söyledi. Hangi serumun uygulandığı belirtilmeden işlem yapıldı ve toplamda 6600 TL kredi kartı ile ödeme yaptım (2500 TL muayene, 4100 TL serum). Tedavi sonrasında aradan 10 saat geçmesine rağmen şikayetlerimde herhangi bir iyileşme olmadı, aksine öksürüğüm arttı ve kendimi daha kötü hissetmeye başladım. Bu kadar kısa sürede yapılan bir muayene ve etkisiz bir tedavi için bu kadar yüksek ücret ödemek beni hayal kırıklığına uğrattı. Daha önce bu hastaneye birkaç kez gitmiş olmama rağmen ilk kez böyle bir durumla karşılaşıyorum. Hastaneden, yaşadığım mağduriyetin giderilmesi için ücretsiz muayene hakkı tanınmasını veya ödediğim ücretin iadesini talep ediyorum.
