Family trip to Germany
Family trip to Germany, Czech Republic and Austria over 10 days. Rode LOTS of trains in our cicular loop from Munich north. Service was great on all 4 devices. Did alittle prep ahead of time on YouTube videos to get comfortable with settings on Google & Samsung phones. Will DEFINITELY use them again on next.trip!

Maya Mobile eSim for Europe
I purchased a Maya Mobile eSim for my recent trip to several countries in Europe. It was a seamless process and I had a good signal for the majority of my trip. The price was very reasonable for the amount of data used. I wasn’t able to get my mobile hotspot to work but the customer service was very responsive and professional when I had some questions. I wish that phone coverage was an option thru Maya Mobile.

So I have been using Maya Mobile for a few years, they claim that they offer 5G where available. I mostly used it in Cancun and I presumed that they just didn't have 5G there. Well I went to Mexico City this month, 5th largest city in the world and it definitely has 5G availability. They claim I was on Telcel, yes 5G was turned on, I played with every setting and read several help files all to no use. I didn't to connect to 5G once even though I was at the largest University in Mexico, the upload speed were terrible and I even had a few hours where I lost coverage completely even though I can see cell towers everywhere. I'm going to try another carrier and see if its better next time.
