The program has helped me with sleep. The device was quite helpful and the team was very supportive.

Not effective in my case.. Very bad experience with Android phone ( difficulties to connect with device) ... And further I took service for 01 month, Howevet good point was the sahana who talks very politely, she understood problem and tried best from his side to solve the issue

It was a fantastic transformational experience working with Mave team. The level was personal care and assistance that was given was truly transformational. Overall the program was excellent. Good support and management all throughout. But unfortunately the tdcs device did not work well with me personally. A tad bit disappointed as the motive for joining the program didn't fully meet my expectation and solve certain issues for which I was seeking results. But other areas of support provided along the device helped me quite a bit.

I cannot thank Mave Health enough for their incredible three-month program that has truly transformed my mental health. Before starting, I was struggling with persistent feelings of anxiety and low mood. The combination of the Arc device, therapy sessions, personalised nutrition guidance with regular checkups, and exercise sessions, made all the difference. The Arc device was easy to use and seamlessly fit into my daily routine. Noticed a significant improvement in just the first three weeks, and by the end of the program, I felt like a completely new person. The therapy was compassionate and insightful, and the fitness and nutritional advice helped me create lasting daily healthy habits. What stood out the most was the continuous support I received throughout the program. Their team was always there to answer questions, provide encouragement. I have struggled with depression for nearly 10yrs I have tried medications and yoga before but nothing seems to help in long term. I came across mave health and their program by chance and I'm so grateful I did. The idea of a headset with therapy and complete mental health package sounded different but i decided to try Week by week, I began to see small changes. The device was easy to use and i could feel the difference in my mood after each session. Best part like I mentioned was how I got the entire package along with nutrition and fitness. By the end of the program I feel so much better and i can only thank them and their experts. I am sleeping better and my depression problem has become better and I'm grateful.

I think this company is doing revolutionary work regarding how mental health issues are treated. The TDCS technology that they have has helped me significantly in reducing my anxiety. The best part about their 3 months program is that they acknowledge the importance of several facets that affect our mental health. We have group workout sessions, Weekly Therapy sessions, consultation with a Nutritionist, consultation with a psychiatrist (Who also manages the medication if needed) and a program Coach assigned to us among other things. I am glad that I found them and chose to do their 3-month program:)

A good holistic program. Well organized, with prompt response. Great two way communication with all points of contact being very efficient to work around your schedule. All 4 pillars of the program are very effective having great and well trained professionals that are very dedicated and rightly concerned about your growth and self fulfilment. A dedicated course coordinate, who is always available and always willing to put the extra effort to make you feel comfortable. All in all a very effective program, well backed by research and very efficient.

I was a part of the 12-week program with Mave Health, and it was amazing. The program included a portable tDCS device, which helped me improve my focus and sleep. It was also easy to use. I had a program manager and a therapist chosen for me based on my needs, and they both gave me great support and guidance. I worked with a fitness trainer and a nutritionist too. They made a workout plan and meal plan that fit well with the therapy. The whole team was helpful, and I felt supported the entire time. If you want a program that is easy to follow and gives you real results, I highly recommend Mave Health!
