e respect and kindness we were given…

The respect and kindness we were given by all the staff were outstanding. There were times when we were overwhelmed with questions and legal issues,but Kara Mills was always there to answer whatever questions we had.She was the voice of reason and reassurance in the most difficult time. Both Kara and Tom were so professional and knew the legal answers which were needed for the issues in our case.They were the best choice we made to guide ,reassure and give us there excellent professional services at most difficult and emotional time ,we will be forever grateful.

Grateful thanks

Following an out of the blue phone call by a Major Crime Investigating Officer to my 18 year old son I contacted Mary Monson Solicitors to seek advice. My son and I were able to speak at length on the phone to a solicitor who not only reassured me, having found my son in a rather daunting situation, but gave excellent legal advice. What is more, it was given freely without having to instruct a solicitor. If I need a criminal defence lawyer in the future I will not hesitate to instruct this firm. They went above and beyond which is rare in this day and age. Grateful thanks.

Falsely being accused of child sexual assault

My first meeting with Joseph Kotrie left me feeling that there was a light at the end of the tunnel and believing me that I was innocent. I was assigned Alex Chowdhury "what an amazing man" who instantly put me at ease, very experienced in his field of work. He was meticulous in sorting through the legal paperwork but at the same time having a caring approach. He kept me informed every step of the way via email phone or meeting and fought my corner all the way, even supporting my partner over the phone with her worries. Due to Alex's hard work leaving no stone unturned and our barrister Alister, CPS offered no evidence at court and i was found not guilty, the relief was immense and I can't thank Mary Monson Soliciters enough for giving me my life back. Do not hesitate to contact Mary Monson Soliciters if you need top service and people who care. A true credit goes to Alex who called after the case was finished, to make sure everything was fine with me and my family. Many thanks to Mary Monson Soliciters.

Many thanks to Liam Kotrie and April Ford

Special thanks to Liam and April who were sympathetic and understanding when my partner was recently wrongly accused, giving us honest and realistic advice throughout the whole process. Both took the time to listen and ascertain all the facts in the case which resulted in a 'not guilty' verdict which of course we were delighted with. I would highly recommend this firm not only due to the outcome in my partners case but for the way they treat their clients as people and not just cases when they are in highly stressful and difficult situations.
