e respect and kindness we were given…

The respect and kindness we were given by all the staff were outstanding. There were times when we were overwhelmed with questions and legal issues,but Kara Mills was always there to answer whatever questions we had.She was the voice of reason and reassurance in the most difficult time. Both Kara and Tom were so professional and knew the legal answers which were needed for the issues in our case.They were the best choice we made to guide ,reassure and give us there excellent professional services at most difficult and emotional time ,we will be forever grateful.

I RANG UP TO TAKE SOME LEGAL ADVICE THE GENTLEMAN I SPOKE TO WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL ANSWERING ALL QUESTIONS. I HAVE NOT DEALT WITH THE COMPANY MORE THAN THIS CALL BUT I CAN ASSURE YOU THAT I REALISED THIS COMPANY IS NOT A COMPANY THAT WOULD JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY. THEY TOLD ME IT WOULD NOT BE WORTH ME TRANSFERING THE CASE AS IT WOULD COST ME MORE MONEY AND IT IS NOT WORTH DOING. THEY WERE VERY HONEST.

Excellent service, second to none.

The advice, service and support we got from Chris McGrath was second to none. He has helped through what can only be described as the worst 18 months of our lives. He is an out and out professional who showed kindness, empathy and confidence throughout. Chris was always prompt when answering emails and he kept us up to date with any changes or updates as soon as they happened. I can highly recommend Mary Monson and especially Chris as we wouldn't have gotten through this without him.

Outstanding Advice for a complex case from Mathew

Mathew Smith was very understanding and knowledgeable during a very anxious and difficult time. He was very quick at responding to my emails and answering my calls. I had a very complex case were everything seemed downhill until I got some sound advise from Mathew. I was able to be honest with Mathew, in return he showed great empathy and compassion. Mathew went over and beyond with my case, leading to a successful outcome.

Voice of reason in dark times.

When your investigated from a horrific type of crime you haven't committed, due to police not gathering the evidence before they act, it's truly a dark time. Nick Ives from Mary Mason was the voice of reason when all I wanted to do was lash out at the police for not following the PACE guideline correctly. With Nick's guidance, the investigation went smoothly, in hindsight I'm sure if I rubbed the police up the wrong way, then they would have made my life worse. Thankfully for me, the police dropped the case as no crime was committed. But still, this awful time will never be forgotten. Thank you Nick For your help.
