The respect and kindness we were given by all the staff were outstanding. I asked Mary Monson Solicitors for help with a serious false accusation that was being investigated. I received a phone call from Graham Rishton (one of the companies top solicitors) the very next day. The case went on for 2 years and there was never a moment that went by that Graham didn’t act in a professional manner. He was reassuring not only in the manner that he dealt with me personally but in his confidence and obvious experience with dealing with cases.
The quote I got was for a 1 year case (because these sort of cases rarely go past that time) the year mark came and went and not once did they ask for more money or review the quote, they understood that it was the investigation that was being delayed and carried on giving a great service.
I cannot that Graham and the company as a whole enough helping me through the toughest and most mentally exhausting 2 years of my life.

What can I say about Mary Monson solicitors, they helped me with a really complex and high profile case.
It was probably one of the most distressing times of my life, I 'shopped' around with many solicitors prepared to pick up the case due to its 'high profile' nature but many seemed to want to do the minimal work, without any regard for my physical and mental health issues.
Mary Monson and the team there, especially the solicitor allocated to me, had all the time in the world for me. They were brilliant! Whenever I needed someone they were there, if they weren't available, they'd have my solicitor call me back as soon as possible.
While a solicitor isn't there to be a social worker and while they have a very strict job to do, I do feel that they went above and beyond to help me and ensure I was OK.
I was kept informed and updated throughout the whole process, they were the only firm that respected I had health issues which meant leaving the house was difficult so did everything to either come to me or get everything that needed to be done digitally.
I couldn't recommend them enough, they worked very hard on my case and the outcome was overwhelming, and went above and beyond what I expected from them.
Part of me will forever feel in debt to the team and my solicitor there and all of me feels totally grateful and appreciative of the help, support, care, compassion and legal advice I received from them.
If you're looking for a firm that will TRULY care about YOU and treat you as an INDIVIDUAL not just another case, number or pay cheque, then look no further. You'll be hard pushed to find a better firm.
From the moment I contacted Mary Monson I was met by Nick Ives and the level of service was outstanding . Finding yourself in a position of criminal charges not only did Nick believe what you had to say, he was honest and ten steps ahead. He knew from the offset what the position was and what barrister he would be instructing . Nick Wrack who was assigned as counsel left no stone unturned . If you ever find yourself facing criminal proceeding you want Nick and Nick fighting your corner . The personal level of support you receive as well as the legal support I cannot thank them both enough . Five stars .
Before getting in touch with Mary Monson, i had contacted so many solicitors to assist me in my case about possession and distribution of indecent images. I whish i found them before!
I contacted them to represent me to a Magistrate Court. I talked on the phone first with Mr. Alex Chowdhury, and among all solicitors i talked with, he was the only one who explained me my case, as well as how things worked when someone is charged. I didn't hesitate for a moment to chose Mary Monson to assist me.
Mr Chris McGrath was the solicitor who assisted me for the Magistrate Court and i met him for the first time that day. Extremely friendly, and even more expert in the field of my case, i felt immediately "safe". I followed his instructions and he was able to achieve the best result we could get. He took 1 hour to close that same day a nightmare started 3 years before. I am sure if he had assisted me for my previous interviews with the police, he would have even avoided my appearance to court.

I was very disappointed to learn of the performance by Mary Monson Solicitor’s at my brother’s second trial in 2016. His first being in 2014. Unfortunately even though we didn’t know it at the time, it is illegal for the same judge to chair two trials with the same defendant with similar charges, especially charges that bring custodial sentence’s, but instead of acting professionally and raising objections to stopping the trial, Mary Monson Solicitors (whom were easily influenced by both the Jimmy Saville scandal and the ongoing war with the British government over legal aid payments), just stood back and let the judge continue intimidating and bully their client. My brother was given 6 years. They also advised him not to appeal, which later transpired, was so that he wouldn’t discover the illegality of the 2016 trial. Unfortunately it is too late to do anything about it because in 2018 my brother died in prison. When I wrote to Mary Monson Solicitors (several times) requesting that they not only explain their actions but to justify them, they’re only response has been through my review with Trustpilot in which they object that my brother ‘didn’t complain of bad service’. Rhetorical Question: How does a solicitor explain inaction when the judge has gone ‘vigilante’?
