e respect and kindness we were given…

The respect and kindness we were given by all the staff were outstanding. There were times when we were overwhelmed with questions and legal issues,but Kara Mills was always there to answer whatever questions we had.She was the voice of reason and reassurance in the most difficult time. Both Kara and Tom were so professional and knew the legal answers which were needed for the issues in our case.They were the best choice we made to guide ,reassure and give us there excellent professional services at most difficult and emotional time ,we will be forever grateful.

Perfect

Alex (Chowdhury) and the team got me exactly the result I needed in Court. They were very reassuring as well as thoroughly professional - giving invaluable advice and ideas I could never have come up with myself. It's a lot of money, but I do not begrudge a penny of it. They honestly made what is a horrible experience almost bearable by making me feel I had their full support. They did everything in a timely and efficient manner that allowed me to trust that there really was someone on my side.

Very professional and caring from the onset

After being wrongly charged with assault and obviously at my lowest ebb i contacted Mary Monson Solicitors. Being a health professional i needed to be represented and understood by a solicitor who cared about the outcome and the impact this could have on my career. Liam and Edmund are second to none, they listened to me, understood me, believed in me and worked hard to achieve the best outcome for me. My case was dismissed in court by the cps and i had every faith in both Liam and Edmund securing the best result for me. I recently found myself in trouble with the police for the first time and in the midst of a very worrying and distressing situation, I found Mary Monson Solicitors. From the very first call, Tom O'Brien was fantastic. I'd been ill advised by another duty solicitor at the police station but Tom calmed me down and put all my worries into perspective. I went up to Manchester to meet with Tom & Liam and both were exactly as I'd expected, professional and confident in what they can offer. They spent time listening to me and provided some excellent advice and reassurance. If you need good, honest representation with a proactive approach, Mary Monson should be your priority. Even after our meeting, Tom has been in regular contact to make sure I'm ok - something really appreciated in what has been one of the lowest points of my life. Customer care is absolutely at the forefront of what they do and Tom has been a complete star. Thank you, Tom & Liam.

Nicola is absolutely dedicated to all of her cases and her clients

Nicola is absolutely dedicated to all of her cases and clients. She provides them all with a gold standard service. Indeed as a result of her detailed representations to the Crown on the last case we worked on together the prosecution dropped ALL the allegations against the defendant. A few days later he received 10 not guilty verdicts at court.

I recently needed some legal advice…

I recently needed some legal advice [which was free] over a family dispute that may possibly go to court. I rang Mary monson solicitors and right from the onset, the reception were extremely helpful and understanding, and passed me on to Mathew one of the solicitors. He talked me through what the options were and answered all my questions, which put my mind at rest. He was very understanding patient and highly professional. As a very close family member to the…

As a very close family member to the defendant I was understandably extremely concerned about the conviction and potential sentence which could be served. However, Mary Monson pulled out all the stops, provided help, advice, guidance and support, and following a thoroughly briefed counsel with mitigating arguments, a custodial sentence was avoided, allowing for rehabilitation.
