e respect and kindness we were given…

The respect and kindness we were given by all the staff were outstanding. There were times when we were overwhelmed with questions and legal issues,but Kara Mills was always there to answer whatever questions we had.She was the voice of reason and reassurance in the most difficult time. Both Kara and Tom were so professional and knew the legal answers which were needed for the issues in our case.They were the best choice we made to guide ,reassure and give us there excellent professional services at most difficult and emotional time ,we will be forever grateful.

Extremely professional and caring team

I had no previous experience with dealing with a solicitor nor any matters of law when I found myself needing legal help. The entire situation was daunting and stressful. Mary Monson took the time listen in both a caring, compassionate and professional way. Their advice and support over the previous few years has helped so much. Not only in regards to the legal process, but helping me to process and deal with the situation. In particular, Chris Mcgrath and Graham Rishton have been brilliant. Highly recommend

The only reason I’m not giving five stars is because this review is based only on some very early advice over the phone followed by an email exchange, after a call about taking a case. Graham was incredibly easy to talk to, extremely knowledgeable, didn’t judge, and offered lots of help. The woman who answered my call I think was Lauren, and though we spoke only briefly, her phone manner was immediately reassuring, invaluable for people making that first call. I’ve read the rave review online and on the basis of my limited dealings would have to agree. The only reason we didn’t go with this firm was because they weren’t anywhere near where we lived, though they would of course still have taken the case. Thank you very much indeed Graham.

DO NOT USE!

Useless solicitors wouldn't even recommended to my worst enemy got told to admit to a crime i hadn't even committed let alone be shown any evidence by the police or the solicitor if you are looking to not get thrown under the bus DO NOT GO HERE!

Would recommend

Although unable to represent myself at this time, the advice I received was extremely helpful and during a relatively brief phone call I now feel much better placed moving forward. It is refreshing to speak with people that are not pressuring you into a commitment and yet still take the time to lay out the basics even once they know they will not be gaining anything from your case.
