e respect and kindness we were given…

The respect and kindness we were given by all the staff were outstanding. There were times when we were overwhelmed with questions and legal issues,but Kara Mills was always there to answer whatever questions we had.She was the voice of reason and reassurance in the most difficult time. Both Kara and Tom were so professional and knew the legal answers which were needed for the issues in our case.They were the best choice we made to guide ,reassure and give us there excellent professional services at most difficult and emotional time ,we will be forever grateful.

Very Impressive

Mary Monson Solicitors (in particular Graham Rishton & Nicola Tyers) and also Barrister Nick Wrack, have been assisting me for more than a year with a very serious matter. After a 2 week trial at Crown Court, I was recently found 'Not Guilty' by unanimous verdict. From the very start of my case Alex…

From the very start of my case Alex Chowdhury made me feel at ease with my situation. Alex was extremely informative and gave clear information on what was going on. Alex went above and beyond to answer any questions I had and if didn’t have the answer then he would most certainly have it the next day. The professionalism shown from Alex and his team was to high standard and at no point did not feel discriminated or not valued. I would highly recommend this firm for its high standards and professionalism and that a no point was I not sure of what was happening to my case and what could potentially happen.

The boss Liam told me that the evidence…

The boss Liam told me that the evidence I had regarding my case was not required...I sent all the evidence to CPS before the court date myself and my case was chucked out of court..this company are a load of rubbish in my opinion...I would not recommend them to anyone...they did nothing at all for me .. I did their job for them!! P.S Liam the boss please go and get a taxi job or a takeaway job as you are a complete waste of space ..you need to go back to uni mate!!what a disgrace of a solicitor you are ..I feel embarrassed for you!!,I felt like he was being discriminating and that is my reason for dismissing Mary Manson solicitors Mr Liam

Five years ago my husband was…

Five years ago my husband was prosecuted for an alleged crime and we found ourselves in the middle of a case which was bigger than us. Mary Monson Solicitors represented my husband throughout the legal process from first interview to proceedings. Not only did they give us expert legal support but they helped us out survive the terrible crisis we were going through. Care is really at the heart of their work. They understood the impact the case had on our personal lives . Recently, they successfully defended my husband's case in the Court of Appeal and his convictions were finally and thankfully quashed. I want to thank Joseph Kotrie Monson, Nick Ives, QC Howard Godfrey, barristers Robert Fitt and Joe Barry for their expert and kind approach to our case.

I have received expert and honest advice throughout those last 5 years.
