e respect and kindness we were given…

The respect and kindness we were given by all the staff were outstanding. There were times when we were overwhelmed with questions and legal issues,but Kara Mills was always there to answer whatever questions we had.She was the voice of reason and reassurance in the most difficult time. Both Kara and Tom were so professional and knew the legal answers which were needed for the issues in our case.They were the best choice we made to guide ,reassure and give us there excellent professional services at most difficult and emotional time ,we will be forever grateful.

It was my first ever experience in…

It was my first ever experience in prison and I was very nervous and stressed about the whole situation. My family found me Mary Monson in which I was then contacted by a solicitor called Jamie Dickson. Jamie helped me and went beyond her duties to ensure my time in prison was as stress free as it could be. If I had a problem I knew I could call Jamie and she would help me straight away. I was spoken to with respect and utter most cursity when it came to my charges against me. I could speak openly without feeling i was being judged. I also loved ringing through to reception and speaking to Bridget. Bridget was so lovely everytime I rang the office. I just want to thank everyone for all there support and encouragement during my time in prison. I don't feel like I'd of had the same outcome if it wasn't for Jamie and the Mary monson team. Thank you so much for everything and I'll certainly be recommending you to all my friends and family.
