e respect and kindness we were given…

The respect and kindness we were given by all the staff were outstanding. There were times when we were overwhelmed with questions and legal issues,but Kara Mills was always there to answer whatever questions we had.She was the voice of reason and reassurance in the most difficult time. Both Kara and Tom were so professional and knew the legal answers which were needed for the issues in our case.They were the best choice we made to guide ,reassure and give us there excellent professional services at most difficult and emotional time ,we will be forever grateful.

You instantly explained what to expect and how ,and what to expect would happen. I know you may say, this is your job and it's what you get paid to do, however, you have been most impressive and your confidence was calming. As parents, this is probably one of the worst situations we could ever find ourselves and indeed Sam.However,only by chance did we come across your company and although I'm not very religious, we feel it was a godsend! So,thank you again and no doubt, we will chat soon..." Excellent service...

Jamie, Mary Mason - Excellent!

Had a very complicated case which a lot of other solicitors did not want anything to do with. The other company that did practically encouraged me to admit to something i did not do. Feeling a bit lost called other company's for advice, one being Mary Manson but i just know the company as Jamie as she made me feel like talking to an actual person and not just a company. Jamie made extra effort to contact me even being last minute and quite late on a night, she listened to me rant (a little) and helped me consult on prior legal advice before attending court. She made me feel understood, took her time with me and gived me the time to listen when most company's did not even bother. Its one thing knowing the law but a lot of solicitors can be arrogant and i did not experience this at all with Jamie and Mary Manson. My case was ultimately dismissed so required no further action, despite telling Jamie this she still had the courtesy and the time to phone me to make sure I'm okay with everything and understand everything. This tells me that although Jaime from Mary Mason knew their was probably little financial gain as the case was dismissed, they and her still want to make sure your okay and i got a feeling like they were actually there for me because of this :). I've found this is exceptionally rare with a lot of other ferms who can be arrogant and influenced solely by financial insentive. The definition of going above and beyond! My previous lawyer who I was dealing with for longer did not contact me up till this point to see how I was etc so just goes to show . Jaime explained that if i required further legal assistance, ie if the case was to go to trial, her and her ferm would sit down with me on a zoom call. This is a great lidea and a lot of other ferms wouldn't bother,it says a lot about how they will make a massive effort for their client. Your lucky to get a five minute phone call with other ferms. This tells me that Mary Mason want to hear you and really would do everything they can for their client's best interests! Will only use this ferm from now on if ever needed, and will also use hem for recommendations. All other defence ferms have been deleted from my contacts! Great company and Jaime is a star, thank you!!!

This is the second time I have use Mary…

This is the second time I have use Mary Monson to assist fighting a false allegation. They were absolutely fantastic, professional focused on addressing the case as quickly as possible. They gave me a good understanding of the situation and the process to follow. They were very understanding of my situation and provided support throughout the whole process. When dealing with the police they gave me clear and concise instruction understand advice and ensure that they did everything in their power to ensure the charges were dropped by the police.
