e respect and kindness we were given…

The respect and kindness we were given by all the staff were outstanding. There were times when we were overwhelmed with questions and legal issues,but Kara Mills was always there to answer whatever questions we had.She was the voice of reason and reassurance in the most difficult time. Both Kara and Tom were so professional and knew the legal answers which were needed for the issues in our case.They were the best choice we made to guide ,reassure and give us there excellent professional services at most difficult and emotional time ,we will be forever grateful.

Great experience from MM & Nicola

I was recommended Mary Monson Solicitors by someone who had support from them. My case was handed to Nicola Tyers and she was amazing from the onset, she assisted me on a visit to the station and was calming and reassuring on the situation which I was extremely stressed about. Her professionalism shines through when she talks and has a really calming tone to her voice which is what I needed at the time. We got the outcome I wanted with advice from her on how to handle the interview. I’m so glad I chose to go with them & if I ever need someone in the future I will be returning. Outstanding criminal defence support on a traumatic case

I worked with Mary Monson solicitors for criminal defence on a very traumatic case. From my initial consultation call, Molly Lafferty (paralegal) and Caitlin Watson-Scoley (solicitor) provided empathy and support. They gave me time to consider a variety of options, and welcomed my family in our various Zoom conferences as a third party to listen and offer input. They made a complex situation easy to understand and broke down legal jargon into simple steps that we could all understand. I hope never to need them again, however I would recommend Caitlin and Molly to anyone needing a non-judgemental and professional defence team. I found Mary Monson through a Google search and they were the first to respond to my initial query through their website. They offered a swift no-obligation initial meeting to discuss the facts of the case, and throughout my time as a client, I’ve always been able to contact the team whenever I’ve needed. This set them apart from competitors who were difficult at times to get hold of.
