e respect and kindness we were given…

The respect and kindness we were given by all the staff were outstanding. There were times when we were overwhelmed with questions and legal issues,but Kara Mills was always there to answer whatever questions we had.She was the voice of reason and reassurance in the most difficult time. Both Kara and Tom were so professional and knew the legal answers which were needed for the issues in our case.They were the best choice we made to guide ,reassure and give us there excellent professional services at most difficult and emotional time ,we will be forever grateful.

I contacted Mary Monson Solicitors…

I contacted Mary Monson Solicitors through a recommendation from a friend. Robert Bailey was the solicitor that I was given and he was very professional and responded to emails very quickly, he was also very easily contactable. The duty solicitor I had at the police station didn't answer phone calls or emails so I made the decision to contact a reputable law firm to defend me and I haven't looked back. I was acquitted of my 2 charges on the 27th July 2023 and I can finally move on with my life after 16 months of hell. I owe my life to Robert Bailey, Liam Cotrie and my barrister Graham Rishton.

The support and council was excellent

A member of my family had accusations made about them. We had tried other solicitors and although this may not appear important to some people, we really wanted a solicitor who would simply believe us and represent us with conviction. After an uninspiring start with another solicitor, we made a difficult choice to move out of the comfort zone and find someone who would truly carry our banner. We did a fair amount of research and settled on Mary Monson. After our first few calls with Alex Chowdry, we felt much more comfortable. The case lasted years, but in the end we got the result we had hoped for. All along the way, the support from Alex was a key factor. He was professional and just a decent person. We're very grateful to Alex and the team that worked with him. We no longer felt we were fighting the battle alone, and ultimately we got the result we long hoped for. It has brought us tremendous relief.

Alex Chowdhury/Mary Monson

I was falsely accused of a crime in a case that lasted nearly 4 years. I didn't feel my previous lawyer was as invested as I would've liked him to be in my case, so after being charged I made the decision to change solicitors and appointed Alex Chowdhury from Mary Monson. Alex went above and beyond for me, always answering my emails promptly, offering very good advice and always helped putting my worries at ease. I could tell he genuinely cared for his clients and their outcome. He helped pick out inconstancies in my accusers statements, and ended up securing an innocent verdict which only took the Jury 45 minutes to come that conclusion, all thanks to Alex's hard work and attention to detail. I am now able to move on with my life thanks to the help of Alex Chowdhury, Mary Monson Solicitors and the barrister they appointed me with and I couldn't be more thankful.

Thorough and respectful.

I contacted Mary Monson for legal advice and help when I was confused and very worried about the situation.
