e respect and kindness we were given…

The respect and kindness we were given by all the staff were outstanding. There were times when we were overwhelmed with questions and legal issues,but Kara Mills was always there to answer whatever questions we had.She was the voice of reason and reassurance in the most difficult time. Both Kara and Tom were so professional and knew the legal answers which were needed for the issues in our case.They were the best choice we made to guide ,reassure and give us there excellent professional services at most difficult and emotional time ,we will be forever grateful.

Practical, sympathetic and hard working with a quick turn arround

The Solicitor who was assigned to my case was a life saver. She not only guided me through what was a very traumatic event but provided sound and practical advice. She delt with everything and the quick turn around was in no small part down to her hard work. Without her guiding me I'm not sure how I could have coped.

I can whole heartedly say that if you find yourself in a difficult situation like I did you consult with Alex Chowdhury. His understanding, expertise, kindness and respect throughout mine was second to none. Alex guided me throughout the whole process with dignity and was always confident and hard working. Without his help I would not have been able to put the situation I found myself in behind me allowing me to get on with my life. Truly amazing!

Proffesonal, knowledgeable, patient

I came into contact with Mary Monson Solicitors via a friend who appointed them to deal with a legal matter for him. During the initial meeting the solicitor gave my friend options he then advised which he thought was the best route to take. There was no pressure on my friend to take the route advised. However, thankfully, he took the solicitors' advice, and the matter has now been completed with a positive outcome. This process took 2 years to complete. The solicitor was always on hand to answer questions and reassure my friend. Emails and phone calls were usually responded to that day. The solicitor was not just supportive to my friend. Any questions I had were dealt with with professionalism and patience.

Fraudulent activity on my license.

The Solictor I dealt with was named Jamie. Jamie was professional, understanding, informative and very well put together. She acknowledged my query. understood what had happened. Helped build my case. Kept me calm throughout the whole procedure. Always kept me within the loop. You have a customer for life. Hopefully I wouldn’t have to return but I now know where to go to if my back is against the wall. I would highly recommend dealing with Mary monson if you’re based within Manchester and looking for support with any driving related offences. The staff that are employed within this business is what you need to help you get out of a mess! I Highly recommend. They’re worth every penny. Don’t look any further. You’re in the right place.

The Best Defence Law firm for the voiceless

My experience with Mary Monson solicitors, especially Caitlin was simply outstanding, which should be evident from my case that we won. However, that on its own does not truly convey how impressed and even a bit surprised with the immeasurable amount of work and time my legal team dedicated to my case. The company and my legal team in particular made me feel seen and heard, and for all the times that I have felt powerless, lost and forgotten in the justice system; being seen and heard was massively important. The stellar execution of my defence plan, the individual approach and the genuine concern for my personal wellbeing, whilst respecting and honouring my diverse background, was so exceptional, I felt confident I had the best advocates fighting on my behalf.
