e respect and kindness we were given…

The respect and kindness we were given by all the staff were outstanding. There were times when we were overwhelmed with questions and legal issues,but Kara Mills was always there to answer whatever questions we had.She was the voice of reason and reassurance in the most difficult time. Both Kara and Tom were so professional and knew the legal answers which were needed for the issues in our case.They were the best choice we made to guide ,reassure and give us there excellent professional services at most difficult and emotional time ,we will be forever grateful.

EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM ZAHRA

Over the last 6 months I found myself in a situation where I did not know what to do or how to deal with it. I was lucky enough to find Mary Monson solicitors. My solicitor was Zahra. Zahra was absolutely brilliant, very professional, friendly and supportive and made a terrible experience easier to deal with. The service could not of been better in my opinion. Zahra was always there to answer my calls and questions and emails etc. should I ever be in need of a solicitor again I will be straight back to Mary Monsons and requesting Zahra again without hesitation. Thank you for everything you did to help me.

Sexual Accusation ( youth )

Alex Chowdhury, the solicitor who represented us, was exceptionally knowledgeable and above all kind, He was available whenever we needed him for advice. He made a truly awful situation bearable and possible to deal with. It was so important to have someone who really was on our side. No charges were brought and we are so very grateful to Alex for everything he did.

Can't fault the service/work, but expensive

Can't fault the service/work. The solicitor who dealt with me, Alex Choudhury, was professional and also friendly, kept me up to date on proceedings, and replied quickly and thoroughly to any questions I asked by phone, text or email. The only reason for four stars rather than five is that it was very expensive.

2024 Police Matter

Nick provided both sensible, informed advice and a clear understandable route map about the process as it unfolded. Despite my numerous (as I thought) silly questions - which he must have heard many times before - he was never anything less than respectful and patient and took time to make sure I was up to speed with what was going on behind the scenes. It's a scary time and easy to feel lost and very small in the huge "justice" juggernaut. MM in general and Nick in particular made the time bearable, and I will be forever grateful for that.

Highly recommended Legal Defence

Our son was accused of a crime he did not commit. We did some research on quality Legal Defence Practices, selected Mary Monson and engaged Alex Chowdhury, and we are so pleased we did. Alex showed empathy and supported our son and us throughout this incredibly traumatic and drawn out process. At all times we had full confidence that we were well represented. Alex's calm support and expertise made this nightmare easier to understand and navigate right through to the correct unanimous not guilty verdict. I cannot recommend Mary Monson and Alex Chowdhury highly enough.

Sincere Thanks..

When my son was 21 he was arrested and accused of rape; this tore his and my family's world apart and we contacted Mary Monson Solicitors soon after. From the moment my son first spoke to Alex he felt supported and not alone and as his mother, I felt reassured that my son would be looked after. We were not disappointed. Alex navigated us through what was the worst 4 years of our lives with the utmost professionalism together with compassion, empathy and understanding. Alex always had the time to deal with us, and answered all of our questions fully and promptly and always with a caring understanding of what my son was going through. The outcome of the trial was successful and the preparation and time that Alex gave my son beforehand together with his presence at court was invaluable to both his case and his confidence. I can never thank Alex enough for helping a very frightened young man through a terrible ordeal. I fully recommend Alex and Mary Monson Solicitors without any hesitation.

Excellent support from start to finish

From the moment I was arrested and released on bail, Mary Monson solicitors, specifically Thomas O'Brien, provided much needed advice and much appreciated support to me my closest family members. This engagement covered support at the police station, onto magistrates court and finally to Crown Court over an extended period. Thomas got to know me well and spent time to understand all of the circumstances surrounding my crime. This ultimately led to him preparing an excellent and robust defense case for me, supported by a fantastic barrister and a very experienced and relevant mental health expert witness.
