Hoy hablé con una señorita que me atendió muy amablemente y se notó preocupada por mi situación eso se agradece mucho. Además, cada vez que llamo me atiende una persona real y no una máquina, lo que es reconfortante en estos momentos. Sin embargo, la atención humana no compensa la frustración de la espera y la falta de solución concreta por parte de la empresa
