Lyca Mobile wprowadza w błąd na temat swoich ofert. Np. Przenosiłem numer do LycaMobile w październiku 2021. Otrzymałem pakiet Do Wszystkich S na 30 dni za darmo. Nigdzie na etapie przenoszenia numeru, nie zostałem poinformowany, że ten pakiet odnowi się automatycznie. Auto-odnowa została włączona bez mojej wiedzy, bez poinformowania mnie. Proszę przejść na stronę LycaMobile dla przenoszących numer i sami zobaczycie, że nie ma żadnej informacji. 29.11.2021r. z mojego konta zostało pobrane 20 PLN. LycaMobile odrzuca każdą reklamację i nie chce zwrócić mi tych 20 PLN. Sprawa zgłoszona do UOKIK.

I had network problems with my sim card and needed it to be replaced without losing my old number so I contacted Lyca's customer service and was assisted by their staff, Vasuki. She explained what the problem could be and helped to resolve the issue immediately when I needed help in transfering my old number to a new sim. The help and service was definitely fast and efficent. Couldn't be better :)
