Had a bunch of questions before purchasing a plan with Lycamobile in Norway and Edmond was super helpful and patient.
I have spent 2 days trying to get through to Lycamobile. They used to be great for answering, now they are worse than any other network provider as they simply leave you waiting and never answer the call. My Internet stopped working due to their updates and cannot be fixed on my end. Pay cheap, get cheap! Time to change.
So after the review i wrote here they immidiately sent me the e-sim. Altough after scanning the QR there's no Internet, no information on how to activate it properly, only the QR, ICCID and the PUK. When you go to look what the number is in the phone it says it doesn't have one, trying to do anything doesn't work. Wrote an email after 30 mins of the response time on here and there's no response. Unsatisfied. The only thing I am kindly asking is to refund my 500 nok cause the "unlimited data plan" doesn't even let me use the Internet. The only thing I want from them to refund the money and remove my info.

Nao recomendo,atendimento pessimo,não assumem um erro.fiz duas tentativas de compra de um plano e as duas falharam,mas o valor foi me debitado no banco. Agora eles não assumem o erro e eu fiquei no prejuízo de 800Kr. Lycamobile é decepcionante

Witam, chce się z wami podzielić swoim doświadczeniem z operatorem sieci Lyca Mobile w Norwegii. Parę dni temu, przez nieuwagę zainstalowałem złośliwe oprogramowanie na swój telefon co doprowadziło do sytuacji kiedy to musiałem zdalnie wyczyścić swojego iPhone-a. Kartę operatora miałem w postaci e-sim więc byłem zmuszony pozyskać nową. Operator, który odebrał polaczenie był bardzo uprzejmy i cierpliwy. Doradził mi co mam zrobić i pomimo iż wymagało to czasu to on cierpliwie czekał i w sytuacji kiedy to musiałem się rozłączyć ( znów będę musiał komuś tłumaczyć wszystko od początku 😔🙃) on (Martin) odbierał moje połączenia na info linie Lyce Mobile 😀. Co oszczędziło mi ponownego tłumaczenia konsultantowi w jakiej sprawie dzwonię. Sprawa ma być finalnie zakończona w dniu dzisiejszym ale miłe doświadczenie z tą firmą dzięki Martinowi są na 6+. Serdecznie polecam 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻

Edmund sorted out an issue I had when my data access disappeared. It's a nice change to have a tech issue resolved pretty quickly and painlessly All in all, I think many people would benefit from looking at Lycamobile's deals especially non-Norwegians in Norway

There is a big difference between an advisor asking to be reviewed/mentioned by a customer and a customer asking if it is ok for the advisor to be reviewed/mentioned. And all I can say is that I have been having the best technical support from Martin so far, and I asked him if it ok for him to be mentioned. Martin has been very responsive, straight to solving the issue, and very helpful. I will keep using Lyca, despite some issues, because I'm confident that I can always get back to a great technical advisor like him. Tusen takk! :)

I tried to buy an esim thru website twice unsuccessful but i was charged on my card. Its been 3 days have been passed yet no refunds. Who should i talk or email to? Update: Help desk Marianne reached out and guided me thru the process. Will recieve refund within 5-7 working days. Thank you very much

Helt elendig kundeservice. Fik lovning på tilbagebetaling på grund af et fejlkøb for langt over en måned siden. Allerede den gang fik jeg besked om at jeg ville blive refunderet inden for 5-7 arbejdsdage…. Det eneste jeg har modtaget siden er samme besked, nogen gange flere gange dagligt.
