Really cross that I wanted to return…
Really cross that I wanted to return two items, to find out that a couple of days after my order was processed, the company has ceased trading. No warning or explanation for loyal customers. I also have ‘money’ that I have accumulated that I could have spent but didn’t. The company could have warned us this was going to happen. Really not impressed.

Gutted company has disappeared
Love this company and have bought so much stuff from them but seems they have gone bust. Their website has disappeared and Facebook pages all been closed. Gutted as always had excellent service from them 😞

I ordered a lovely dress which fits perfectly. I also ordered some fab trousers but unfortunately they were too small for me so I’ve returned them. The trousers were great but just didn’t fit me.

It’s always a pleasure to deal with Luvvey They really care about their customers and everything is handled quickly and efficiently, including if it’s necessary to send something back for a refund. That doesn’t happen to me very often though.! Everything I’ve bought from them over the last few years has been a good quality sizes are well explained so you shouldn’t make mistakes on that score. Would highly recommend.
