I was really impressed by this company.. the communication, the workmanship, the pleasant and co-operative staff. I can wholeheartedly recommend them (rare nowadays!!) If you are considering LMF and would like to view their work on my place then I'm fine with that (LMF job ref was ECO4-2235)
From the very beginning to speaking to the girls on the phone to the men completing the work, this was a great experience.
Every team who came to the property were respectful, hard working and approachable.
The core LMF team worked none stop, they left the house clean and tidy and we're very conscientious. Decent men and lads who were all very friendly and polite. Thank you very much
Arrived when arranged. Electrian excellent and very clean finish left. Installers very efficient and professional. Fixed loose tiles while they were installing. Would recommend.
Outstanding from start to finish, the on site team John and Paul (heating engineers) were fully knowledgeable, professional, courteous, gave full explanations of work undertaken regularly and was a pleasure to have them working here.

Please do not use - when they insalled the panels on our roof, they damaged the roof and two years later it still not fixed. We have had damage to our loft and big humidity stains are appearing on our ceilings. They finally changed the brackets on the panels (which were wrong from the start) and now they are refusing to send a qualified roofer to assess the roof damage - they said their painter would do it! Just outrageous. The panels were disconnected for over a year and they didn't want to take any responsibility for all the loss and damage and stress to us. We have asked for a refund and for the panels to be removed after such a disaster but they won't do it either. Save yourself a headache and go with someone else!
I must say that this company and all of its staff have been a dream to work with. They were prompt, reliable and professional. I have had a super job done on my property and now look forward to having a warmer home with much cheaper bills.
Would highly recommend., especially Jon the site manager and Zoe from the office who kept me updated at every stage.
Quite simply do not use. They didn't install the solar panels correctly. We have issues constantly. We are still waiting for repairs to be done to our ceiling due to the poor install (needs to have a full re-plaster and paint).
This has been ongoing for months, I am having to chase weekly. No compensation. Ignore the stress this is causing!
Just shocking...
We hit the jackpot with Tim and Dave from LMF who were here to do the plastering and boarding for our house eco project. We needed internal wall insulation and they are brilliant at what they do, they were professional, quick and friendly and the quality of their work is first class. Can't recommend them highly enough!
Our install has been a shambles from start to finish.
This was a huge mistake to use this company. Our install started in November and it is now March and we still have rubbish on site. We have had problem after problem

Wallpaper ruined and needed replacing
Skirting boards covered over when they should have been removed.
Banging noises from the hot water system.
The only advice I can give you is NOT to use them.
To make things they are chasing us for money when we have rubbish on site and the job isnβt even finished yet.
We found the entire process to be very easy, helpful and smooth. The contractors who carried out the work were excellent! It was a pleasure to have such happy, helpful, efficient and tidy workers in our house. Very satisfied indeed!
All of the team at LMF were very helpful throughout the installation. A special mention goes to Khalid who was responsible for the design and liason with the installation team and scaffolders via his project manager.
I cant recommend LMF enough, if your unsure about who to chose then hopefully this review helps.
Over all we are happy with the work completed at our property.
We did have issues with tradesmen turning up unannounced or messaging us less than an hour prior to visit.
As is expected there will always be problems on big jobs.
Our main contact at the office was Archie who was very helpful and always managed to get things resolved.
Also we had a problem with some radiators not working and visits from various plumbers. But a big thank you must go to Darren. He visited us 2 times, both sorting out issues that no one else was able to solve. He is very professional and knowledgeable and a real credit to your company.
