I was really impressed by this company.. the communication, the workmanship, the pleasant and co-operative staff. I can wholeheartedly recommend them (rare nowadays!!) If you are considering LMF and would like to view their work on my place then I'm fine with that (LMF job ref was ECO4-2235)
From the very beginning to speaking to the girls on the phone to the men completing the work, this was a great experience.
Every team who came to the property were respectful, hard working and approachable.
The core LMF team worked none stop, they left the house clean and tidy and we're very conscientious. Decent men and lads who were all very friendly and polite. Thank you very much

I was very spectacle at the start and wondered what it was going to be like . I couldnβt fault anything , all the trades men came and went from my house without any bother at all . I am so happy that I got accepted to get the walls insulated. The difference itβs made is huge and I thank them all for doing an amazing job
I really am not one to leave reviews, but I am also a big believer that when outstanding work has been done, it should be recognised. From start to finish, I can not fault any of the work that has been completed. I was very anxious at the start, as you hear all the horror stories from people offering free grants, but there was literally nothing for me to even stress about. The whole team of people from lmf that worked on my property were amazing, polite, and courteous and worked so hard it was a pleasure to have them. They kept the mess to a minimum and always ensured that they cleaned before they left, and when I say nothing seemed to be a problem to them, nothing was they were so helpful and kept us informed every step of the way and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done perfectly. Throughout the whole process I can not fault one thing every person I dealt with, from the office to the workers delivered and outstanding service. I can not recommend lmf enough and the work they have done.
Prior to the work, I lived in a cold farmhouse since the solar and insulation I have never felt my home so warm and comfortable. Thank you so much LMF.

The installers were very friendly and approached the installation with a calm can do attitude, especially when dealing an old house. The end results are great and I look forward to reaping the benefits going forwards.
Generally, a very good experience. I can't fault the installation engineer, first class.
My only critique is that they're not the easiest to get in touch with. I lost my invoice email and tried a number of times to call. Only to receive a permanent engaged tone. So I used the contact us section on their website, which went unanswered.
It was only when they chased me up for payment, that I was able to ask for my invoice again. This aspect of their customer service could certainly do with improving
