Over all we are happy with the work…
Over all we are happy with the work completed at our property. We did have issues with tradesmen turning up unannounced or messaging us less than an hour prior to visit. As is expected there will always be problems on big jobs. Our main contact at the office was Archie who was very helpful and always managed to get things resolved. Also we had a problem with some radiators not working and visits from various plumbers. But a big thank you must go to Darren. He visited us 2 times, both sorting out issues that no one else was able to solve. He is very professional and knowledgeable and a real credit to your company.
