deplorable treatment by Fraud team, verifying a transaction asking me my mothers milk, at some point the woman on the phone says, may be you are a fraudster, unacceptable treatment of clients, I hang up after 25 min of nonsense, they blocked my account prior to a trip of mine abroad leaving me stranded, went to unblock it after my return, was told they were closing the account in a month, no explanation, never received a letter to that effect, they told me they would resend the letter, two weeks later still no letter!!!! wtf guys, are you a bank or what

0% balance transfer why would you do that

Offered me a 0% balance transfer, then suspended my account because I tried to do a balance transfer! I spent 30 minutes on the phone trying to find out what was happening and how to sort it. I now have to find a branch that hasn’t closed down to answer some questions about why I wanted to transfer a balance. I’ll have to take time off work and they just don’t give two sh**s.

Useless fraud department

Wouldnt help me after i got my money stolen and took 3-6 hours at a time to respond, so even though i started a conversation at 6am it still hadent been sorted by 9pm then they decided to cut me off. And left me on seen constantly for like an hour. Assholes

I've been a customer for 25 plus years…

I've been a customer for 25 plus years the only time I've needed help from them with a fraud case and they gave the fraudsters their money! Avoid lloyds like the plague!

About time you got your phone banking…

About time you got your phone banking working again it's been a week now since it hasn't worked i have phoned 4 times rhis last week to transfer money and every time it takes my details and then puts me through to a customer service agent which i have to hold for so how about sorting your phone banking service working again

Today Lloyds refused one more time to…

Today Lloyds refused one more time to make a payment from my bank account to a company. I went there with my passport and was treated like a suspect again. Lloyds will not listen to you. They are mental with payments. And I cannot raise any complaint or close the account as it is very complicated. Wasting my time. Customer service is actually hopeless.

Deserve a Zero

Would give zero if I could. Opened a student account with a supposed £110 incentive to be paid three months later (why such a long wait?). And guess what? No incentive payment made, despite following all the qualifying criteria, and when I’ve tried to query it there’s a very long queue (45 mins+) on the phone, or no response at all via the online chat where an AI bot takes you round and round in circles, eventually refers you to a human agent, who promptly doesn’t respond til hours later when you’re logged off. The agent then closes the chat because I haven’t responded! It’s a circus and a complete waste of time. I’m going to Nationwide where they treat you with respect.

Useless and incompetent

I've been logged out of my account, have spent days and countless hours online and on the phone and I'm still unable to log in. I'm vertically house bound and have been left absolutely desperate and stranded. I'm utterly disgusted

What has gone wrong with Lloyds web site. It used to work very well and clear to use. Now since it has been rewritten, redesigned it is a complete nightmare. Why has this been allowed to happen.

Mickey Mouse Bank

Opened a new account with Lloyds. The first transaction seemed to get lost. Tried to call but the robot couldn't understand what I was saying. They have no e mail address for customers and the chat service took an hour only to get a response apologizing that they were busy. Mickey Mouse or what?

I had to make a complaint to Lloyds as usual over their sloppy customer service, actually spoke to a human being which is rare these days, I happened to mention the horrendous reviews ( nearly all one star as they couldn’t give less ) and were they not bothered and was the site monitored? the answer was we know but we prefer not to look!! Says it all, time to switch banks me thinks!!

Awful bank

Used to be a top bank when it was Lloyd tsb however this has rapidly gone downhill. Disputed claims seem to be looked over by blind agents or maybe a robotic system that fails to read the claim and always goes against you. They are happy to have thousands go in monthly yet you have a claim for a £100 and they go in the retailers favour. Response to your appeal is take this up with the retailer. These corporations are greedy B’ds that have no customer service skills. Contacting them these days is so difficult and awkward. I am really considering to change to Barclays.
