Deserve a Zero
Would give zero if I could. Opened a student account with a supposed £110 incentive to be paid three months later (why such a long wait?). And guess what? No incentive payment made, despite following all the qualifying criteria, and when I’ve tried to query it there’s a very long queue (45 mins+) on the phone, or no response at all via the online chat where an AI bot takes you round and round in circles, eventually refers you to a human agent, who promptly doesn’t respond til hours later when you’re logged off. The agent then closes the chat because I haven’t responded! It’s a circus and a complete waste of time. I’m going to Nationwide where they treat you with respect.
