I’ve owned this now for almost 3 months and it has issues connecting to my phone when I start the car. Almost every time I get in my car I have to unplug n plug back in several times for it to connect n it will disconnect at random at times while driving.

I like the product the only problems is that the item took a while to get to my house.

Purchased several months ago. I have sent repeated emails for assistance. No one ever replied. Extremely poor customer service.

The dongle worked right out of box, and solved the issue I had using Android Auto. Also a big shout out for support received when the delivery didn't go to plan.

I would like to give you a good review, but unfortunately, after almost a month of ordering, it has not been received. I formally request a refund of the amount of the product or a new shipment of the same product. Regards. While waiting for the solution offered, I am correcting my assessment.

You have mentioned that i will receive a free usb and memory card but i didnt receive anything

Documentation was incorrect, but the customer service received was great. I was unable to follow their instructions due to some steps missing or being incorrect, but when I reached out to them via email, they were responsive and helped me correct the issue quite quickly.

Ordered a blue link connector for Android Auto feature. Very easy to work with Linkifun. I ordered it and it was delivered in a timely fashion. I would order from them again.

I could easily track my order and contact the store's customer service to resolve a shipment issue. They provide fast response and alternative solutions.

This is one of the best and outstanding product and worth to purchase, not so expensive
