The content and videos shared have been very interesting and informational. Crystal has been great to work with. The only constructive feedback I would have is that the 30 mins doesn’t feel like it’s enough time to really discuss things fully. In my opinion, 45-60 minutes might be better. Otherwise, it’s been good.
Beel is the best guide. I knew the first person I had was not going to work for me. I’m so glad I found Beel. He explains the material really well, he is invested in my recovery and he is extremely nice and pleasant to work with. A++ for Beel.
I've learned to look at the sensations I feel in a positive light instead of a negative one. I've learned that I'm not alone and that my condition is real. The program has shed a light of hope for me and given me someone who is nice, supportive and understanding about the pain experience. I've also come to realizations that I would have otherwise never have noticed doing research on my own. The program is simple, informative and very smooth. I've enjoyed my experience and will continue to use what I've learned in the future.
Kyle is very good at helping me to think outside of the box when it turns to neuroplastic pain. He brings humor and additional education into my program. Although I am still working on it, it has helped my pain considerably as I no longer have to take a muscle relaxer at night. I am looking forward to moving ahead in the Lin program.
I highly recommend Lin Health. My coach was super knowledgeable about primary chronic pain and showed incredible compassion for me on this journey. The app itself is very user friendly and easy to navigate. If you are in pain and considering Lin, but are on the fence because you have tried everything, I encourage you to try it. The coach support is unlike anything else available and may be just the thing that sets you in motion on the path of recovery.
Before Lin, I would be in pain every day, all day for over 18 months. I saw numerous Doctors, went through physical therapy, acupuncture, prescription medications, over the counter medications, massage therapy. Pain injections and nothing had long term benefits. When the term spinal surgery came up, I learned about TMS and took a chance with Lin. In just a little over a month, I am off of all medications and therapies. I still have some pain but nothing like before and there are periods of time that I am actually pain free. I am excited to continue this journey with Lin and look forward to being pain free soon.
My experience with Lin has been fantastic. I am forever grateful to my coach Jordan who taught me so many tools to change my way of thinking. I highly recommend this program if you are feeling stuck and hopeless about your chronic pain.
My experience with Lin has so far been amazing. My coach is incredible. He is so smart, intuitive, he clearly has so much experience with pain reprocessing therapy and has so much to teach me including pain reprocessing tools and techniques and also guides me in psychological thinking. My symptoms have improved significantly since i started sessions with him 2 months ago .i also love that i can message him between sessions and he writes me back with helpful tools if i am struggling that day. I still have work to do and i look forward to my sessions with him each week, sometimes i wish they were longer though because i could talk to him for hours!!
I’ve been with Lin for about six weeks so far. They have an amazing amount of tools to help deal with pain the most important being the personal coach. I would recommend giving it a try.
Lin health has changed my life. I was living with debilitating chronic migraine and multiple other forms of chronic pain for almost 7 years. I now have my life back thanks to Lin. If you have chronic pain, invest in Lin. You can get your life back, despite what all your doctors have told you.
all of the staff that I worked with held the process with great compassion and patience. what I learned from Lin Health will stay with me for the rest of my life.
