I had an amazing first-time experience with Liberty First Credit Union! From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was being truly listened to, not just given generic, corporate responses like I’ve experienced at other banks. One of the loan advisors took the time to walk me through my options, explain everything in a way that made sense, and made me feel genuinely cared for throughout the process. The team made the entire loan application process smooth and approachable, and the Loan Officer Manager was wonderful to work with as well. They valued building a relationship with me, which is something I hadn’t experienced elsewhere. It was clear they were interested in helping me succeed, not just treating me like another number. I’m so glad I chose Liberty First, and I’m looking forward to continuing my banking relationship with them!

Bridgette was super nice, walked me through all the steps of the loan process, and never once made me feel “less than” due to my low credit score. I highly recommend Liberty First.

I couldn't be more pleased with Liberty First Credit Union.I have used their services for over 5 years. The new LaVista location is convenient for me.
