I was really uninformed about Credit Unions so I was pleasantly surprised when I discovered all the benefits of belonging to a union that works for its members!! Ellie explained all the benefits and we felt very comfortable with the process!!

Friendly fast service in the drive-through.

The people who purchased our home financed through LFCU and they screwed up paperwork, which pushed the sale date back on our home costing us several hundred dollars and conveniently they could do nothing about it. They owned the mistake but have never done anything to fix it and blamed “legality”, which may be true, but it’s a massive mistake and I will be moving banks when we get settled. I’ve love being at LFCU, but that was a mistake that was the final straw.

All staff are very friendly. I have been with them for over 25 years with no bad experiences. I recommend them to family and friends.

I’ve banked with LFCU and its predecessors for 45 years. Great customer service, Morgage loan products, seminars and innovation. Ease of online banking.

I worked with Jessica Daniel to get a debt consolidation loan following our wedding. She made the process so easy and explained everything step by step in a way we could understand! We look forward to working with her and LFCU again in the future!

I was able to come in and get multiple things taken care of at once without having to see a banker. Which was really convenient since I don’t live the closest to my nearest location and cannot always go there often. They got me everything I needed taken care of at the teller line and they were super helpful.

We have been a liberty first customer for over 35 years. And we would never think of changing to any other financial institution. Liberty First always treats us as they would treat their family, they have ways that help you make money off your money, which is incentive to save. They always have great interest rates whenever it comes to buying a car compared to others. At this time, there is nothing I can think of that they could do any better
