Used Leisure Group over the last few years, easy to apply online and seem reasonable quotes. My only gripe is I received a 20% off email for Summer sale but it’s clear as mud is this was discounted, I would rather receive a discount code for their stock prices.

The policy looks great and promises to cover me for everything I can think of should I ever need it. Fortunately up to now I've never had to try to claim on the insurance so can't really comment on that side, but for the price I'd never be without it.

Documents arrived to my email about an hour later. Mystery solved. Original review 1st June: ordered the insurance online, payment went through, then met with session epxired page, no information, payment has been taken. email sent to me for trustpilot feedback - at the moment very poor feedback. I guess I will have to call customer services and sort this out one way or another. Not the quick job I was hoping for with a £15 purchase.
