It was difficult to get a quote online…
It was difficult to get a quote online because when I had completed the medical screening for myself, I couldn't find a way of continuing to complete the medical details for my husband. So I rang the service and spoke to a woman who went through all the details very carefully but it was so difficult to understand her spoken English that the whole procedure took about an hour

I have read many negative reviews about this company. My experience with them was first class. It was my mistake in filling a online form in.but the way the lady who I spoke to, went above and beyond to help me.she tried very hard to find a solution but when we couldn't. We got a full refund straight away.so thank you to the person who I spoke too.and the the people who kept me updated by email, first class customer service 👌
