Company has gone into administration
Company has gone into administration. Ive not been paid from a recent successful case. Ive now been advised that UK Legal Services failed to submit a document to the courts, and now my case likely been thrown out and money lost. Just another example of Broken Britain. Rogue operators, running dodgy companies. Which close and then reopen under other names. Whilst doing a runner with any profits. Leaving the consumer out in the cold.
Insolvency Imminent
Have just received an email from them to say they are about to appoint Administrators as the business is involvent. No mention of this on their website though! I had an awful experience and complained to the Legal Ombudsman. I was awarded compensation. I feel sorry for all those who will be impacted and end up with nothing.
4 months after being asked for payment…
4 months after being asked for payment details for them to send me the money I was awarded - nothing except 1 email saying they had delays in processing payments, despite sending them details and emailing several times they are no longer responding to my mails - so guess they are just keeping money for their office party. Further action will be taken

I was contacted about making a claim…
I was contacted about making a claim against my bank but was not made aware that it wasn't a no win no fee service so therefore when I made a claim I was hounded for nearly £300 pounds for their services having received no money off my bank as I had no claim. Feel conned and extremely unhappy and definitely would not recommend.

Disappointed in the service we received from you .we waited over two weeks from when you received the cheque till we received the final payment that was after. Several phone calls .Let us put it down to the COVID pandemic but we will not be recommending you to our friends

Good outcome, poor customer service
Good in terms of wining compensation from a bank packaged account. The after chasing them trying to pay for the service provided, without any notification referred me to a debt collection service! This has never happen before to me. Not good.

Thank you for your legal help ... but thought your fees were quite high as I feel I did most of the work as had endless phone calls from the bank . With endless questions to fight MY case .. so feel I did 95% of the work .
