Company has gone into administration
Company has gone into administration. Ive not been paid from a recent successful case. Ive now been advised that UK Legal Services failed to submit a document to the courts, and now my case likely been thrown out and money lost. Just another example of Broken Britain. Rogue operators, running dodgy companies. Which close and then reopen under other names. Whilst doing a runner with any profits. Leaving the consumer out in the cold.
Insolvency Imminent
Have just received an email from them to say they are about to appoint Administrators as the business is involvent. No mention of this on their website though! I had an awful experience and complained to the Legal Ombudsman. I was awarded compensation. I feel sorry for all those who will be impacted and end up with nothing.
4 months after being asked for payment…
4 months after being asked for payment details for them to send me the money I was awarded - nothing except 1 email saying they had delays in processing payments, despite sending them details and emailing several times they are no longer responding to my mails - so guess they are just keeping money for their office party. Further action will be taken

Not happy
I have been trying to email them but every email and every email addresse it just bounces back I have allso rang and was told I'm not on the system yet. My 14day runs out soon so I am not happy.

I want to contact them but email address provided bounces back saying not found! I stupidly clicked on an add on fb and now an investigation has been started on my behalf that I don't want pursued...ot said if you don't want to pursue this click on link...click on li k it takes you back to their website...only email address listed on that page and in the contact Us section 8s not found! not happy UPDATE: I was able to get a contact email address from the automated phone service and sent an email yesterday. I am now very happy as received a call from Legal Services this morning. The member of staff was very helpful, advised the email issues have been raised with technical department and my issue has now been resolved. Confirmation of this was also provided to me via email. Fantastic Customer service provided today. Thank you.
