Company has gone into administration
Company has gone into administration. Ive not been paid from a recent successful case. Ive now been advised that UK Legal Services failed to submit a document to the courts, and now my case likely been thrown out and money lost. Just another example of Broken Britain. Rogue operators, running dodgy companies. Which close and then reopen under other names. Whilst doing a runner with any profits. Leaving the consumer out in the cold.
Insolvency Imminent
Have just received an email from them to say they are about to appoint Administrators as the business is involvent. No mention of this on their website though! I had an awful experience and complained to the Legal Ombudsman. I was awarded compensation. I feel sorry for all those who will be impacted and end up with nothing.
4 months after being asked for payment…
4 months after being asked for payment details for them to send me the money I was awarded - nothing except 1 email saying they had delays in processing payments, despite sending them details and emailing several times they are no longer responding to my mails - so guess they are just keeping money for their office party. Further action will be taken

Absolutely appalling service - I pad the £6.20 I owed on the day of request- since this I have had threatened emails and messages informing action will be taken as is not paid 6 calls and 3 emails to reflect my payment on 2/12/2020 and a screen shot) I AM STILL BEING ASKED AND HOUNDED TO PAY !!!

The process itself was fine . Having paid what is owed to you and having received acknowledgment of the payment I am constantly messaged that I haven’t paid you !!! Please look into this and respond as to why I am being harassed in this way .it is extremely unprofessional and as things stand I would not recommend you
